It is called the Fifth Generation Fighter Aircraft, or FGFA, and is being developed in Russia by Sukhoi. Several of the technologies being developed for the stealth fighter have evolved from those used in the Sukhoi 30 MKI. Not to be pedantic, but a rather nasty blow to the head during ejection killed Goose.

How exactly do you plan to strike a carrier?
A group of 10-15 Stim-Pack equipped Marines and 5-10 Medics should do the trick nicely. Take out the drones and the carrier itself is nigh defenceless.
