Barence writes "Mozilla has made the second release candidate of Firefox 3 available for download. The open-source developer has been forced to produce a second release candidate after the discovery of ten critical bugs in the first. The Firefox release comes just days after Bill Gates confirmed that Internet Explorer 8 will enter its second beta stage in August."
