darthcamaro writes "There are a lot of good reasons why some IT shops might want to run Microsoft's .NET on a Linux server, which is where Novell's Mono Project comes in. While the new Mono 2.0 release is compatable with .NET 2.0, Novell execs have admitted in an interview that Mono only works with (at best) half of the .NET framework.From the article:
"We're certainly doing catch up in some areas," Mono project leader Miguel de Icaza told InternetNews.com."
