Is master/slave offensive? I don't honestly give a shit. The industry wants to use new words. Why bother getting upset? You guys are all upset about SJWs taking away words you never used except when you upgraded motherboards or hard drives....and most of you fuckers are probably on a laptop, so it's not even relevant. Also, master/slave is pretty inarticulate. It's not even a particularly descriptive word for what is happening. I am sure the industry has better, more intuitive labels.
Lol, yes how dare someone waste precious comment space that could be better taken up by "Why the internet sucks in 2021" or "GNAA" copypasta! Why, he will disrupt the precious discussions being had on this site with his comments!

I meant not commenting is the best way to show you don't care. Of course I've posted my fair share of "...is this really news for nerds" comments so obviously it's a hard rule for me to follow as well.
Well, it's human nature - among the many things we want other people to know is how little we care about any given topic, and we're often quite loud about it lol. But I don't really think his comment falls into that category, though at first glance it might appear to. The point is that this sort of shit has always been going on, and always will be going on - it's kind of silly to get upset about it. I don't agree with this sort of nonsense navel-gazing shit either, but I also don't really give much of a shit. I'm not going to write angry missives to my boss about how attached I am to Master-Slave terminology because it's not important.
No, you want annoying.. what really annoys me is there'll be some article about a famous person and some edgelord will chime in with "Who?" because they are so edgy and don't bother with knowing who super famous people are. My stock reply is, of course "Why, Taylor Swift (or whoever). It says right in the article title, can't you read?".
