It's a bingo. What lawsuits like this will do is lead to all social networks banning Children and then they will just sign up with a fake birthday. People already do it with TikTok because I think the age limit is 14.
The only reason this is happening is because TikTok and China. More so Westerners I think have a bloated ego about how this type of data is used. Don't get me wrong, I support greater data rights but that's generally not what these suits achieve. They just siphon money for rich lawyers and
