The strange conclusion has big implications in determining the President's compliance with the law. If drone strikes are in fact hostile and the Libyan campaign continues past Sunday, he may very well be breaking the law."

The problem is that a significant percentage of your countrymen get a really good hard on and a orgasm every time they get news that their armed forces are dropping bombs and firing bullets anywhere in the world. Is the best way to win elections and certainly, that Citizens United ruling from your Supreme Court has put the last nail in the coffin of the american democratic republic.
