Vietnam's information minister said on Friday authorities had tightened regulations to deal with "false" content on social media platforms so that it must be taken down within 24 hours instead of 48 hours previously. From a report: The new rules will enshrine Vietnam's position as one of the world's most stringently controlled regimes for social media firms and will strengthen the ruling Communist Party's hand as it cracks down on "anti-state" activity. Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung told parliament there was risk that "false news, if it is handled in a slow manner, will spread very widely." Reuters had previously reported government plans to bring in the new regulations, as well rules so that very sensitive information has to be taken down within three hours. Most governments do not have laws imposing the taking down of content on social media firms, but Vietnam's move comes amid intensifying crackdowns in some parts of the world on online content.

No. They were mostly wiped out during the Tet Offensive and were no longer a factor. What invaded and overran South Vietnam in '75 was the NVA. Congress had agreed to supply ARVN with the needed munitions, but reneged on that in a deal put together by Senator Joe Biden.

The problem with guerrilla war is that you end up with a bunch of combatants who want leadership positions but who are inherently totally unfit because they're prone to engage in more terroristic actions if they don't get their way.

4. Not really. No one is advocating for that in the first place.
Currently if you're arrested you are either: released on your own recognizance without bail (you still promise to show up), released on bail, or not released at all.
If you have bail it means you're posting a bond and this is supposed to be a financial incentive for you to show up at your next court date. If you fail to, you lose the money, and are likely tracked down, arrested again, and this time not released.
Bail is often set very arbitrarily

You are correct, biological sex is a doctor's judgement call based on chromosomes, genitalia, and testosterone levels [forbes.com], and not on any one of these alone.
But gender is a social construct.
In fact, letting them out before they've rehabilitated, whether or not they've served their time, is counterproductive, as is keeping them in prison when they are no longer a danger to society.
