Apache 1.3.11 Released

It should show up at your favorite mirror site within the next 24 hours. 1.3.11 is mostly contains bug fixes, and should be the last 1.3.X release before Apache 2.0." jimjag adds: UPDATE 1/22/99 at 4:30pm Eastern: The official Announcement has gone out and the Apache site now reflects the new release. Distribution tarballs are always uploaded "early" to give mirrors a chance to grab them before the Announcement is made and people bang the servers to grab it :)
